Information regarding opportunities/vacancies for academic activities abroad is obtained from the Chancellor of Foreign Universities.
Information from the Chancellor is received by the International Officeto be forwarded to the Fac./Dept. then to the Student / Lecturer.
Students/ Lecturers receive information, prepare and send the initial required documents to the Fac./ Dept.
Fac./ Dept. forward the initial requirement documents and list of potential participants to the Rector through the IO.
International Officesubmits proposals for prospective participants who meet the requirements to the Chancellor.
The Chancellor and his Rectorate conduct internal selection of prospective participants registered by the IO.
The results of the internal selection are decided by the Chancellor and submitted to the IO.
International Officesends the results of the internal selection/UG recommendation to the relevant foreign university.
The relevant foreign university conducts a selection/review of the proposed participant candidates sent by UG.
The results of the selection of Foreign Universities are sent to UG via International Officeknowing the Chancellor.
International Officeforwards the selection results of foreign universities to students/lecturers accompanied by further/additional requirements requested by overseas universities.
Students/ Lecturers complete the advanced/additional requirements to International Officethrough the Fac./Dept.
International Officeprepares a letter of introduction to arrange additional documents for students/lecturers.
