About international Collaboration Department

The Institute for Cooperation and International Affairs is led by the Chairperson, under and responsible to the Rector. Details of the duties of the Institute for Cooperation and International Affairs:

  • To coordinate the enhancement of Gunadarma University's reputation at the international level, including the improvement of Gunadarma University's ranking.
  • Coordinating and synchronizing work in various activities to encourage internationalization. Internationalization activities can run optimally.
  • Coordinating research, development and community service activities that have a broad contribution to the people of Indonesia and the world.
  • Coordinating the capacity building activities of Gunadarma University teachers through various activities at the international level, such as research visits, joint supervision, advanced lectures, international conferences or workshops.
  • Develop management requirements for international cooperation, such as work plans and programs as well as SOPs in the field of international affairs
  • Improve and accelerate the creation of international networks between Gunadarma University and various institutions abroad, both educational and non-educational institutions including industry;
  • Coordinating and facilitating foreign guest visits or visits from staff to foreign countries in an effort to develop capacity that supports the creation of international networks.
  • Coordinating and facilitating international conferences, workshops. This coordination is done at the university level.
  • Disseminate information to the academic community regarding the possibility of capacity building through the Overseas program.
  • Coordinate visits by University leaders to foreign countries for money, comparative studies or signing of MoUs.
  • Facilitating administrative needs and prerequisites in relation to international networks. For example, the preparation of documents required by partners (MoU, MoA).
  • Also acts as a contact for the university, students, researchers and foreign guests and coordinates with related parties at Gunadarma University.
  • Seeking external funding from international parties either for scholarships or for research.
  • Prepare promotional materials for foreign parties both directly and indirectly.

Organizational Structure

The management of the Institute for International Affairs and Cooperation at Gunadarma University has an organizational structure as shown in Figure 2.1. It consists of the following job components:
